AMBASADA REPUBLICII POPULARE DEMOCRATE COREENE SARBATORESTE 70 DE ANI DE LA FONDAREA R.P.D. COREEA

Ambasada Republicii Populare Democrate Coreene a pregatit o serie de programe speciale pentru a sarbatorii cei 70 de ani de la fondarea R.P.D.Coreeana.

 

Cei 70 de la fondarea R.P.D. Coreea au fost marcati festiv cu defilari, jocuri si spectacole de artificii la Phenian.

 

 

Sarbatorirea vine intr-un moment propice, in care R.P.D. Coreea marcheaza festiv 70 de ani de existenta si victorii in constructia socialismului si a unei societati dezvoltate si a unei economii puternice si prospere.

In ultima perioada R.P.D. Coreea a marcat constructia in timp record a unei ample si moderne statiuni montane pentru sporturi de iarna la Masikryong,  modernizarea aeroportului din Phenian si un vast program de constructii si modernizari in domeniul turistic.

 

 

Stilul viu si pregnant al artei coreene adus in tara noastra de Ambasadorul Ri Pyong Du a impresionat placut publicul roman.

Pentru a ilustra aceste realizari pentru prietenii din Romania si R.P.D. Coreea, Ambasadorul Ri Pyong Du a pregatit o expozitie de arta coreeana reunind tablouri ale unor mari maestrii coreeni ai picturii moderne si pe care a inaugurat-o la sala de expozitii a Hotelului Pullman din Bucuresti si a oferit si o receptie speciala pentru a marca cei 70 de ani de prietenie neintrerupta intre Romania si R.P.D. Coreea.

 

Mari maestrii ai artei coreene au fost adusi la Bucuresti in expozitia organizata de Ambasadorul Ri Pyong Du.

 

 

Ambele evenimente sau bucurat de o primire deosebit de calda in cadrul societatii romanesti, expozitia fiind vizitata de diplomati, academicieni, profesori si membrii ai Parlamentului care au apreciat arta coreeana ca fiind una de varf si au laudat iscusinta deosebita , naturalismul si sensibilitatea speciala a pictorilor din Coreea.

Ambasada RPD Coreea va continua sirul acestor manifestari pentru a prezenta publicului din Romania cat mai multe despre arta, istoria si realizarile poporului coreean.

INTREVEDERE PRESEDINTE IRICE-ANTON CARAGEA-AMBASADORUL REPUBLICII COREEA-KIM EUN-JOONG

In data de 4 mai 2016 a avut loc intrevederea protocolara, de incepere a mandatului, intre Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, Presedinte Director-General al Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica si Excelenta Sa Kim Eun-joong- Ambasadorul Republicii Coreea in Romania.

Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea a prezentat felicitarile sale cu ocazia inceperii mandatului domnului Kim Eun-joong si cu ocazia numirii sale drept  ambasador al Repubicii Coreea in Romania, apreciind aceasta decizie ca un semn ilustrativ pentru dimensiunea strategica a relatiei bilaterale.

Totodata Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea a apreciat ca relatia strategica dintre Romania si Coreea este extrem de solida si bazata pe o istorie similara si pe o lunga serie de traditii commune.

La acestea se adauga legaturi  economice ample, un dialog politic consistent, solid si permanent si o legatura frateasca ceea ce face din relatia Romania-Coreea un model in regiune.

Practic relatia intre Romania si Coreea se constituie intr- un exemplu pentru relatia intre Romania si zona Pacificului.

In ultimii ani dialogul bilateral a cunoscut o amploare si o seriozitate extraordinara, ceea ce obliga la continuarea acestuia si la dezvoltarea a noi si noi zone de cooperare si apropiere intre cele doua natiuni.

 

Excelenta Sa Kim Eun-joong a apreciat incurajarile venite din partea Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea  si a apreciat ca viziunea din partea coreeana este similara: Romania isi ocupa economic, cultural si politic locul privilegiat in relatia cu Coreea.

 

Dialogul a continuat pe teme concrete, de analiza a relatiilor economice, politice si culturale intre cele doua tari si a metodelor practice de dezvoltare a acestora in viitor.

Au fost discutate apoi programe bilaterale concrete precum: dezvoltarea de proiecte culturale si educationale comune, imbunatatirea dialogului parlamentar si extinderea dialogului politic.

Dialogul a pus bazele  unei mandat de succes pentru dezvoltarea relatiei intre Romania si Coreea si promite continuarea unei directii de actiune diplomatica de succes a Romaniei.

SECRETELE CELUI MAI BUN VIN AL ANULUI 2015 DEZVALUITE DE CASA DE VINURI COTNARI

In data de 21 Martie 2015, a avut loc inaugurarea Good Wine-Targul International de Vinuri, la complexul expozitional Romexpo din Bucuresti.

Cu aceasta ocazie Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea-Presedintele Director General al Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica, impreuna cu o delegatie de reprezentanti ai Parlamentului si diplomati au inaugurat zona dedicată CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI,  creatoarea celui mai bun vin romanesc -Vinul Diplomatilor pentru 2015.

 

Profesor Dr. Anton Caragea prezinta VINUL DE ONOARE pentru delegatia de parlamentari,diplomati si specialisti si inaugureza standul CASA DE VINURI COTNARI

 

Presedintele CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI-Dl.Victor Deleanu a promovat, cu ocazia Good Wine-Targul International de Vinuri cateva din noutatile anului 2015: BUSUIOACA DE BOHOTIN-COLOCVIU LA PARIS.

Acest vin a cucerit publicul cu aroma pregnanta, perlajul fin, gustul dominat de parfumul de măr, fructe dulci si aroma florala deosebita, un vin aproape de perfectiune notat cu un punctaj de 98 din 100.

 

Titlul de CEL MAI BUN CREATOR DE VINURI este acordat dl. George Malutan, expertul CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI (de la stanga la dreapta): Excelentele lor D-na si Dl. Daulet Batrashev-Ambasadorul Kazahstanului, Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea, Oenolog-George Malutan, Excelenta Sa Ambasadorul R.P.D.Coreea:Ri Kwang Il.

 

O alta stea a degustarii a fost: vinul rose al CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI, Busuioaca de Bohotin din gama DOMENII si apoi o premiera ce a starnit entuziasmului degustatorilor europeni prezenti la eveniment: FETEASCA NEAGRA din 2014, un vin puternic ce a cucerit prin prospetime, durabilitate si finete si prin inventivitatea tehnologica incorporata.

Grasa de Cotnari si Feteasca Neagră de la CASA DE VINURI COTNARI au fost insa fără îndoială reginele Targului de vinuri.

CASA DE VINURI a prezentat Feteasca Neagră in doua ediții speciale, una sub brandul Domenii si o surpriza absoluta: o Feteasca Neagra ne-imbuteliata inca si care a cucerit imediat publicul degustator, ambele unite printr-o perfecta stapanire a taninurilor, o maturare perfecta care promite un bun potențial de invechire in sticla si un vin care ii va bucura pe consumatori încă mulți ani de acum înainte.

Toți oaspetii prezenți doreau sa deguste vestita BUSUIOACA DE BOHOTIN, Cel Mai Bun Vin al Anului 2015, decorat de Institutul de Relații Internaționale si Cooperare Economica cu titlul de Vinul Diplomatilor, vinul de reprezentare al Romaniei.

In finalul turului de prezentare al CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI –creatoarea VINULUI DIPLOMATILOR PENTRU 2015 Profesor Dr. Anton Caragea le-a solicitat oaspetilor de onoare prezenti la eveniment: E.S. Ambasadorul Kazahstanului-Batrashev Daulet si E.S. Ambasadorul R.P.D.Coreea-Ri Kwang Il si parlamentarilor prezenti sa i se alature in inmanarea titlului  de CREATORUL DE VINURI AL ANULUI 2014 acordat dl. George Malutan, expertul CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI pentru creatiile sale bazate pe Feteasca Neagra.

Good Wine-Targul International de Vinuri a demonstrat nivelul in permanenta creștere al producatorilor romani, reprezentati de CASA DE VINURI COTNARI-creatoarea vinului diplomatilor, a prezentat esenta evenimentului- Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea.

AMBASADORUL R.P.D. COREEA PRIMIT CU CALDURA LA BUCURESTI

In data de 13 ianuarie 2015, noul ambasador al Republicii Populare Democrate Coreea-E.S. Ri Kwang IL a fost intampinat de catre reprezentantii comunitatii academice,diplomatice, parlamentare si de afaceri din Romania.

La intampinarea noului ambasador, Prof.Dr.Anton Caragea, Presedintele Director General al Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare a prezentat felicitarile sale  cu ocazia inceperii mandatului domnului Ri Kwang IL , apreciind ca intre Romania si R.P.D. Coreea exista o larga arie de interese comune, menite a garanta o buna intelegere intre cele doua tari.

Noul ambasador al Republicii Populare Democrate Coreea-E.S. Ri Kwang IL a fost intampinat de catre reprezentantii comunitatii academice,diplomatice, parlamentare si de afaceri din Romania.

Toti cei prezenti au subliniat dorinta lor ca relatia intre Romania si R.P.D. Coreea sa fie un exemplu pentru relatia intre Romania si zona Extremului orient.

Daca in ultimii ani dialogul bilateral si in special cooperarea economica au stagnat, acum exista momentul propice pentru reluarea acestuia si dezvoltarea lui, au considerat reprezentantii parlamentului si ai comunitatii de afaceri din Romania.

Excelenta Sa Ambasadorul Ri Kwang IL a apreciat incurajarile venite din partea Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea  si a apreciat ca viziunea din partea coreeana este similara: Romania trebuie sa isi ocupe: economic, cultural si politic locul privilegiat in relatia cu R.P.D. Coreea.

Dialogul a continuat pe teme concrete, de analiza a relatiilor economice, politice si culturale intre cele doua tari si a metodelor practice de dezvoltare a acestora in viitor.

De o deosebita importanta a fost analiza comuna a posibilitatilor de cooperare economica, de participare a produselor din R.P.D. Coreea  la competitiile de profil gazduite de Romania, promovarea acestora in plan romanesc si international, dar si intensificarea relatiilor culturale prin prezentarea pentru publicul din Romania a celadonului din R.P.D. Coreea, a picturilor de la studioul Mansundae si promovarea turistica a proiectului de ski Masikryong.

Viziunea comuna a unei zone a pacii, in peninsula coreeana, este un alt element ce impinge R.P.D. Coreea si Romania spre cooperare, au apreciat partile.

Dialogul a pus bazele  unei mandat de succes pentru dezvoltarea relatiei intre Romania R.P.D. Coreea si promite relansarea unei directii de actiune diplomatica a Romaniei.

ROMANIA-DPR KOREA CONSTANT DIALOGUE

A delegation comprising members of parliament, business representatives and academicians under the leadership of H.E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation held a dialogue with H.E. Kim Son Gyong, Ambassador of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on the topics of expending cultural, economic and diplomatic cooperation between Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and Romania.

 

In the opening of 12 April 2014 meeting H.E. Kim Son Gyong, Ambassador of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea had made an exhaustive presentation of the political, cultural and economic developments in his country, presented also plans for future economic constructions in his country and of his country cooperation with all the nations of the world and intensive development of cultural relations.

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea had conveyed on behalf of Romanian delegation his massage of congratulation for the recent elections held in Democratic People’s Republic of Korea for the election of Supreme People Assembly.

The discussion, held in an amicable atmosphere, where sincere and honest, the Romanian delegation showing their interest in developing economic, cultural and political cooperation between Romania and DPR Korea.

A special accent was placed on the historical bases of the relations between our countries as a strong fundament for future development of the amicable friendship between the two nations.

A special banquet concluded the discussions and presented to the guest`s the special sinsollo cuisine-highly prized and considered as the best food of Asia and receiver of the golden prize at the Beijing Culinary Contest.

DIALOGUL DINTRE ROMANIA SI REPUBLICA POPULARA DEMOCRATA COREEA DEVINE O CONSTANTA

O delegatie compusa din parlamentari, oameni de afaceri si academicieni, sub conducerea E. S. Profesor Dr. Anton Caragea, Directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica, a avut un dialog cu E.S. Kim Son Gyong,  Ambasadorul   Republicii Populare Democrate Coreeane pe tema devoltarii cooperarii culturale, diplomatice si economice intre Romania si Republica Populara Democrata Coreeana.

In deschiderea intalnirii din 12 aprilie 2014, E.S. Kim Son Gyong,  Ambasadorul   Republicii Populare Democrate Coreeane a facut o prezentare exhaustiva a recentelor evolutii politice, culturale si economice din tara sa, a planurilor de dezvoltare si a dorintei de colaborare cu toate natiunile lumii si de dezvoltare intensiva a relatiilor culturale.

Profesor Dr. Anton Caragea  a adresat felicitari din partea delegatiei romane pentru succesul alegerilor recente din Republica Populara Democrata Coreeana pentru  alegerea membrilor Adunarii Supreme a Poporului.

 Discutiile au fost deschise si sincere, intr-o atmosfera de reala si calda prietenie, delegatia romana fiind extrem de interesata de cooperarea economica, culturala si politica dintre cele doua tari si de istoria relatiei bilaterale ca baza pentru dezvoltarea si in viitor a legaturilor intre cele doua tari.

La finalul discutiilor a fost oferit un dineu traditional coreean, incluzand faimoasa sinsollo-considerata cea mai buna mancare din Asia si premiata recent la concursul culinar asiatic de la Beijing.

EXOTIQUE-CEL MAI CELEBRU BRAND DE MOBILIER SI ARTA IMPLINESTE 10 ANI

Succesul EXOTIQUE, in educarea consumatorului in spiritul bunului gust, celebrat in data de 23 octombrie 2013, a fost rasplatit cu titlul de furnizor al Casei Regale a Romaniei si cu titlul de partener oficial al diplomatiei publice pentru 2010.

Stilul industrial, moda anulului 2014, imbina metalul cu lemnul natural si functioneaza perfect atat in decoruri traditionale cat si contemporane.

Obiecte de arta unice ce combina lemnul de sheesham vechi din hambare, lambriuri sau podele, pielea de camila si materialele textile decorate cu vechi tipare (militare, industrial, stil francez sau englez)  sunt, de asemenea, parte din acest trend.

Wednesday 30 of January 2013 at the Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation headquarters was held the first conference of 2013: The evolution of Romanian economy in 2013. The aggravating crisis!

Beggars on the street of Romania: a sign of failed economic policy 

The conference has joined economical experts from Romania and European Union, economical supervisors and personalities of political, economical and academic life of Romania.

2009- 2012 –the first period of crisis.

The conference started with an evaluation of the impact of economic crisis in the last period: 2009-2012.

In 2009 the economic crisis has affected the vital areas of economic life: the collapse has started with construction industry and construction material factories and collapse continued by the real estate market shrinking. Others affected sectors where: insurance, banking and stock exchange and in all the financial sector was strongly shaken down. The consumer confidence has fallen sharply and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has being reduced with 10% in 2010 and 8% in 2011.

The decrease in Romanian economy has being so devastating that now we are below the 2000 level. Unfortunately the economic collapse of 2010-2012 has laid the foundation for a crisis without equivalent in Romanian history that will affect the country in 2013.

2011-2012: The period of economic earthquake.

2011 and 2012 will be remembered as the worst years of economic turmoil in Romania, had appreciated in one voice all the experts present at the gathering.

First of all the 2011 has being the year in which the Romanian economy had collected all the hard hits from all the economic collapse of the last years. The financial system has being especially hard hit and this had made the fragile Romanian economy to reach the breaking point. The inflation had resurfaced and the experts appreciate that a 10% percent yearly inflation is unavoidable.

The resurgence of inflation had put a dramatic pressure on population economy and had made any recovery unthinkable for the next 4-8 years.

The collapse in economic system, the internal and external investments had being reduced to minimum, the credit on internal market has being practically suspended and all this had provoke for 2012 an economic decrease of more than 15% of GDP or even 18% of GDP after others opinions. A factor not to be neglected in amplification of the crisis is the governmental incompetence that by increasing the taxes, legislative chaos and a deliberate politics of destroying the middle class investors in the favor of big companies all did nothing ells than to aggravate the economic crisis.

2013 – European economic crisis will impact hard on Romania.

The 2013 will be a decisive year to on how will be affected the Romanian economy by the European meltdown.

Until now the Romanian economy was hit hard by his own faults like: reduced productivity and competitiveness, chaos in the governmental policy, crippling inflation etc. In 2013 Romania will be affected by the decay in European economic activity.

Crisis hit Spain, Greece, and Ireland and slowing down economy of Germany, France and Great Britain, will impact negative on Romanian chances to get access to European funds and foreign investments.

Romanian economy and policy maker are not yet conceptual prepared to understand that Romanian EU membership had became a liability and a negative factor in the future of Romania, appreciated the representative of Foreign Export Company Association Mr. Marcel Alexandru.

The negative impact of European Union financial and confidence crisis will account for a 2-5% percent reduction in Romanian GDP this year.

 2013 will be without a doubt a period of a new catastrophic decline. It must be very clear, all economic experts underlined, that the present economic decline will last for at least a decade at European level, so all those opinions that declared that Romania will start a new economic growth before the next 10 years; either don’t know what they are saying, either is bluntly laying.

All the European statistics are speaking about the lost decade of Europe between 2010 and 2020 , term referring to the blocking of economic development at continental level and the frozen of present situation for a decade.

Those that are declaring that Romania will surpass the period of recovering of  France or Great Britain economy , are telling stories that are unbelievable , stated chief economist- Mihail Racaceanu. What is important is to succeed that we have in 2013 a decrease in real economy of less than 10% and in the interval between 2013 and 2018 to stop the decline and in 2020 to come back to pre-crisis level.

2013 budget- a budget of economic decline.

In 2013 the Romanian economy is coming to the fore not only with the negatives trends of the last years and a crippling inflation but also with a budget of austerity that will direct Romania to plunge into a new economic meltdown.

The 2013 budget is the first budget in the eight year period that is not approved prior to 1-th of January, a negative record that is impacting Romanian economic stability and is giving a sign of chaos in the government economic policy.

The budget expected deficit of 2, 4% percent of GDP it not offering any chance for a real economic recovery, massive investment projects are abandoned and the decline in the economy is estimated by independent economist around 8-10% percent of the GDP by the year’s end.

What is dramatic is the reduction in the direct investment in the economy, with less than 8 billion euro investment planned for this year the Romanian economy had to struggle for sustainability. Reduced foreign investment and dramatically shrinking internal private investment means that Romania will have now more that 10 billion euro (in an optimistic assessment) for investment programs. The country needs at least 20 billion per year to modernize the economy and to have a decent growth rate of 1-2% percent per year. He present day budget is not only of severe austerity but of severe contraction stated the economists present at the meeting.

Romanian economy recover postponed to 2050.

This assessment was a strong one, keeping in mind that the pre-crisis governmental statistic declared that in 2025 Romania will succeed in recuperating the gap and reach the level of industrial activity prior to 1989 Revolution.

This perspective is no longer feasible, a new perspective is appearing after the crisis and after the lost decade and a cumulative GDP decrease of more than 60% from 2007 economy level.

This economic recession will be hard to recuperate in the context of zero governmental involvement, the general economic climate of recession and finally the worst factor of all: the burden of external debt.

External debt risk can plunge Romania into financial meltdown.

The fear factor that will suffocate Romanian economy in the next period will be, after 2015, the foreign debt crisis.

The Emil Boc government has careless accepted more than 36 billion dollars credit and in total the private and state debt of Romania is reaching the unbelievable sum of 95 billion dollars, this only if the government will no longer accept new loans.

In 2012 the Mihai Razvan Ungureanu government succeeded in just a few months to reduce the National bank Reserves by 20 billion euro, an unprecedented squandering of public money in Romanian history.

Despite the writing on the wall, in all of cases like Greece, Spain and Ireland, Romania is accepting new loan from International Monetary Fund, loans that will not be invested in developing and modernizing the economy but in salaries and pensions. This consumer invested loans at extortionate interest rates will suffocate completely an ailing and failed economy as Romanian economy is.

Unemployment: with a rate of registered unemployment of more than 12% of the active population and with another 15% percent of the population already left out of the governmental unemployment aide, Romania tops many EU member countries with a real unemployment figure of more than 25% of the population. This figure must be put in perspective with more that 50% of the population below the poverty line and the full picture of the economic meltdown and social tragedy could be analyzed. Romania economy is in crises and no plans for a future development had not being adopted.

2013: The worsening of economic crisis.

The conclusion of the most important economic experts of Romania was clear: the crisis is not over by far, but has entered in a more difficult faze that will affect financial and banking system and economic fundament`s. The economic crisis will continue until 2017 at the earliest and a coming back cycle that will last until 2025. This decade will be without a doubt the lost decade of Romania but if the necessary measures are not rapidly taken to re-establish control on economic decline than we risk that Romania economy will not come back not even in 2025.

We are living through difficult and boisterous time. In this chaotic period, just a few nations are allowed the luxury of economic and political long time forecast and predictability: China and United States are creating and proposing to their people and foreign partners a long term vision of development and national statehood construction.
In a time of peril and un-certitude, when even a short time economic prediction is considered hazardous, just a few nations are having the will to act as beacons of lights and direction for their region.

In 17th of December 2012 Kazakhstan had enter to this select club of nations, conscientious of their role and position in the continental and world stage by presenting an ambitious, realistic and well carved plan for future of Kazakhstan until 2050.
By the voice of his President, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kazakhstan had created the prototype of a long term, healthy and stable construction model for the country, the region and the world.

Kazakhstan 2030: weathering the storm and creating a nation.

Kazakhstan it is not at the first step in a managed transition towards a stable and democratic society and a powerful economy.
In 1997 Kazakhstan had already carved the landmarks of his astonishing development by the presidential strategy- Kazakhstan 2030.
Far from being just a window dressing, the strategy for 2030 had proved to be a perfect way for charting Kazakhstan after the independence in the incertitude of nation building and construction of a viable economy.
The program had allowed Kazakhstan to tap into national reserves of oil and gas, to gush out of the enclave country status via the reconstructed Silk Road of energy and trade, to create a modern economy, not depending only on energy resources, to build a huge potential of national intelligence and to foster the economy of knowledge, the base for a XXI century reliable economy.

The long string of economic successes was accompanied in the internal sphere by political stability, based on democratic and open society values, the protection of national and religious minorities.
In the area of external policy, Kazakhstan had gather the powerful laurels of a successful reform project carried out during his Presidency of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. An impressive success was also the unprecedented two year chairmanship of Organization of Islamic Conference that transformed Kazakhstan in a leader of dialogue between Islam and Western world.

The latest major diplomatic achievement of Kazakhstan was the proposal of building an area of security and cooperation in Europe and Asia, launched in September 2012, in Astana, at CICA Conference by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. This latest proposal makes Kazakhstan the promoter of an all-inclusive, intercontinental dialogue, that could transform the political landscape of XXI century.
In the end, Kazakhstan 2030 had proved to be not only a successful strategy for Kazakhstan, but also an example for all the countries of the world on how a nation by the sole fact of building himself, can become a regional and world significant player.

ROMANIA GAZDUIESTE CONFERINTA DE SPRIJIN PENTRU PLATFORMA DE COOPERARE EUROPA-ASIA LANSATA DE PRESEDINTELE NURSULTAN NAZARBAYEV

In data de 13 noiembrie 2012, capitala Romaniei va gazdui cea mai importanta conferinta destinata cooperarii si securitatii in regiunea Eurasia din ultimul an.

 

Conferinta, Platforma de Securitate si Cooperare Europa-Asia, are rolul de a oferi un raspuns al elitei diplomatice romanesti, dar si europene, la noile schimbari in planul  securitatii in zona europeana si asiatica.

 

In lunga sa traditie de sprijin a initiativelor de pace Romania a fost unul din parintii Acordurilor de la Helsinki si ai Organizatiei pentru Securitate si Cooperare in Europa

 

In cadrul conferintei va fi prezentata cea mai recenta platforma de creare a unei zone de securitate, de la Atlantic la Pacific si o serie de instrumente pentru detensionarea situatiei mondiale si facilitarea rezolvarii conflictelor inghetate din regiunea euro-asiatica.

In septembrie 2012, in Conferinta de la Astana pentru stabilirea masurilor de detensionare a situatiei in Asia Centrala, Presedintele Kazahstanului, Nursultan Nazarbayev a prezentat un plan complex pentru realizarea  unui climat de pace si stabilitate pentru secolul XXI.

 

Conferinta de la Bucuresti, organizata sub Inaltul Patronaj al Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica, va dezbate raspunsul pe care Europa trebuie sa il dea acestei propuneri de promovare a pacii si securitatii la nivel global.

 

In cadrul Conferintei vor lua cuvantul creatori de varf ai politicii internationale printre care ii amintim pe : fostul Presedinte al Romaniei Emil Constantinescu, Valeriu Zgonea-Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor, Presedinte Prof.dr.Anton Caragea,  Directorul Academiei Diplomatice Europene : prof.Mircea Constantinescu, Dan Sova-Ministru in Guvernul Romaniei, Ambasadorul Kazahstanului in Romania-Talgat Kaliyev etc.

 

In 2010 Romania a sprijinit reforma OSCE prin organizarea Conferintei de la Bucuresti asupra reformei  Organizatiei pentru Securitate si Cooperare in Europa

Noua Platforma de Securitate si Cooperare in Europa si Asia poate permite Europei si Romaniei sa isi regaseasca o voce in cadrul politic international.

 

In ultimul deceniu, Europa a fost paralizata, in actiunile sale de politica internationala, de o serie de conflicte inghetate precum cele din Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Kosovo, de criza economica si criza datoriilor la nivel european si de criza de viziune a Organizatiei pentru Securitate si Cooperare in Europa ( OSCE).

La randul sau, continetul  asiatic duce lipsa de o organizatie centrala, de tipul OSCE, este extrem de fragmentat in domeniul constructiilor de securitate  si traverseaza o perioada de conflicte si tensiuni, agravate de criza economica si de ritmul rapid al globalizarii.

Ca atare, pentru a evita noi conflicte la nivel global, ce pot distruge statele natiune si pune sub semnul intrebarii fundamentele sistemului de relatii inetrnationale, constituirea unei largi platforme pentru securitate si cooperare, care sa reuneasca  toate statele si organizatiile ce respecta un set de principii internationale, apare ca o evidenta  necesitate.

Principii precum : suveranitatea si independenta, neamestecul in treburile interne si colaborarea pe baze de avantaj reciproc, egalitatea in drepturi intre toate statele si renuntarea  la folosirea fortei si a amenintarii cu forta si la concepte agresive de tipul loviturii preventive si al interventiei umanitare, apare ca o necesitate la nivel global.

 

Pregatind Conferinta pentru Platforma de Securitate si Cooperare Europa-Asia.

 

Conferinta de la Bucuresti va lua in discutie aceste elemente-cheie ale  Platformei de Securitate si Cooperare in Europa si Asia si va oferi un raspuns  initiativei de pace a Presedintelui Kazahstanului, Nursultan Nazarbayev.

 

Pentru Romania, natiune care a sprijinit in mod constant si sincer toate initiativele de pace si de stabilitate la nivel mondial in ultima suta de ani si care a pus bazele, prin activitatea sa, la intreaga teorie a renuntarii la forta si amenintarea cu forta in cadrul relatiilor internationale, raspunsul la initiativa de pace si securitate nu poate fi decat unul pozitiv.

Vocea Romaniei, vocea a pacii si  a moderatiei, va putea fi auzita din nou in cadrul conferintei din 13 noiembrie 2012.
