Accordingly to official Cambodian State News Agency after the message of H.E. President Dr. Anton Caragea, new messages of support had come from more than 30 leaders in the order being: President Xi Jinping of China, Prime Minister of Laos and Vietnam, Prime Minister of Thailand, Prime Minister of Japan and Narendra Moodi, Indian premier.

During the July 29, 2018 National Assembly Elections in the Kingdom of Cambodia a series of fake news creators and intelligence and spy agencies tried to present the elections as devoid of opposition, all thou the polls where contested by more than 20 opposition parties but despite this evidence one name appeared on their lips: the so-called Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), a violent, non-political group interested in undermining Cambodia`s democracy and civil society.
In order to recall the readers who is this zombie outfit: Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) we present you the decision taken at the end of 2017 by the highest judicial authorities of Cambodia regarding the treasonous activities against Cambodian people of this unlawful organization and his leaders.
The people of Cambodia did not forget for a moment this trail blaze of criminal activities and on July 29, when CNRP has called for an election boycott, more than 82% of the Cambodian electoral has show-up to vote (an unprecedented number) in order to defy their evil intentions.
Prime Minister Hun Sen: the man who liberated Cambodia twice: once from Khmer Rouge, second from CNRP terror.
Cambodia’s Supreme Court dissolved the main terrorist group in Cambodia on 16.11. 2017: Cambodia National Rescue Party lead by fugitive condemned terrorist Sam Rainsy .
The government had asked the court to dissolve the Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), which was accused of plotting to take power with help from the United States after the arrest of party leader Kem Sokha on 3 September.
The court ruling also ordered a five-year ban on political activity for 118 members of the opposition terrorist group,
National Military Police Commander Sao Sokha claimed a new opposition ‘movement’ was a ‘terrorist’ organisation during the force’s year-end meeting yesterday.
“They want to launch a terrorist attack, and it is not the political terrorism, it is terrorism to cause chaos,” said Military Police chief Sao Sokha, speaking at the force’s annual review.
Sokha, however, claimed the “core” objective of the movement is to “destroy the unity of the army . . . and break the spine of the government”.
At the same meeting, Defence Minister Tea Banh called the movement a “poisonous snake”.
“Now the CNRP ‘movement’ said it will arrange to have violence in Cambodia, so be ready,” Banh said, adding the military would “take action first” to prevent violence.
In separate articles, Justice Ministry spokesman Kim Santepheap and the Cambodia Nationality Party called the movement illegal, while a spokesman for the royalist party Funcinpec reportedly said it is just a front to raise money.
Interior Ministry spokesman Khieu Sopheak also told the outlet that the movement was under observation, and that anybody involved will face legal action.
In an interview , government spokesman Phay Siphan said the use of the word “terrorism” was “proper” because Rainsy had called for “soldiers to turn their guns on its government”, in reference to a 2011 video of the former opposition leader.
Siphan added that the opposition’s demands for economic sanctions from foreign countries in response to the crackdown constituted a form of terrorism.
“They want to destabilize the economy,” he claimed.
People eager to thank Prime Minister Hun Sen after the terrorism was defeated: with 82% vote presence. The vote is mightier than the sword!
He went on to say violent protests would likely not be tolerated.
“We learned from the old movements . . . ‘Peaceful demonstration’ is only words,” Siphan said, adding that the government didn’t want “any trouble” before this year’s elections.

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, Head of International Observers Team for Cambodia 2018 Elections, launched the mission at a press conference on 4 July, stressing the importance of Cambodia’s parliamentary elections for the country’s stability.
Professor Dr. Anton Caragea explained all that World Elections Monitors Organization (WEMO) Observation Missions use a common methodology underpinned by the principles of impartiality, objectivity, independence and non-interference. ‘’International Election Observation Missions are responsible for their own conclusions and do not receive instructions neither from the European institutions nor by member states’ governments.’’.
The Head of International Observers Team detailed the long-term monitoring methodology.
The election observation mission for the Kingdom of Cambodia 2018 will cover the political campaign, pre-election preparations, election day – polling, counting and tabulation of results – and the complaints and appeals process as well as the announcement of results.
This will include a thorough analysis of the legal framework, the work of the election administration, campaign activities, the conduct of the media in covering the elections, and the mechanisms for electoral disputes.
The mission will meet election stakeholders, including government officials, election administration bodies, candidates and representatives from political parties, members of civil society and the media, the judiciary, amongst others.
Shortly after election day, the mission will issue a statement containing its preliminary findings.

How do you make an observation mission?
Election observation gives the opportunity to assess an electoral process according to international standards. The members of World Electors Monitors Organization (WEMO) are leading global actors in providing technical electoral assistance complementary to election observation.
This dual form of election support constitutes a significant contribution to the promotion of governance and development objectives.

An observation mission assesses all aspects of the electoral process, its constitutional and legal framework, the delimitation of constituencies, the registration of voters and candidates, the training of election staff, voter education, media coverage, the campaign and the preparations for election day, as well as the appeals process.
On election day, observers visit pooling stations in order to observe the opening, voting, counting and aggregation of results.
What are the principles of an electoral monitoring mission?
Its fundamental principles are full coverage, impartiality, transparency and professionalism. Its ultimate objective is to become superfluous by entrenching democracy deep within each nation through the development of national capacities.
Its main goals are the legitimization of an electoral process, where appropriate, and the enhancement of public confidence in the electoral process to deter fraud, to strengthen respect for human rights, and to contribute to conflict resolution.
With national and general elections in The Kingdom of Cambodia less than two months away, a critical website was launched today by a coalition of international organizations ( European Council on International relations, Bucharest Conference on OSCE-2010, Europe and Asia Conference, World Electoral Monitors Organization signatory to the Act for Transparent and Peaceful Elections) – to provide a source of up-to-date information, a database of key facts and figures, thought-provoking analysis of the electoral process, and a forum for debate.
The website is just one aspect of the crucial work that international community and World Electoral Monitors Organization is doing in the run-up to Kingdom of Cambodia sixth National Democratic Elections.
The site is dedicated to act as a vehicle for a network of international and civil society organisations that are dedicated to promoting civic education and transparent, democratic elections.

Meanwhile, the banner includes the images of children accompanying family to the urns – an image that highlights three key issues.
The first is that democratic elections are a game with rules that must be followed.
Secondly, elections involve the formulation of a draft programme for both the present and the future.
And finally, the spirit of fair play that should characterize this process is not inevitable in itself, but represents a real opportunity for future generations.
A documentary outlining the preparation for transparent and democratic elections in Cambodia.
The international community is supporting the Kingdom of Cambodia on the assumption that the consolidation of a democratic culture inevitably involves encouraging people’s participation in government and governance, which requires empowerment of the citizenry, increasing awareness on rights and obligations, developing ability to influence and monitor the management and performance of political power.
The project encourages citizen’s participation through better coordination of civil society organizations during the 2018 electoral process.
It also entails empowerment of voters via a civic education campaign; the monitoring and management of the electoral process led by the National Electoral Commission of the Kingdom of Cambodia (NEC); and monitoring and facilitating consultation among electoral stakeholders including political parties, NGOs and other actors involved in the process.
As the people of Cambodia are preparing to go to the urns to elect their leaders in what was generally described as the freest and most open electoral competition the country`s top election watchdog: National Election Committee (NEC) hailed the prospect of multi-party democracy with the registration of 20 parties for a July general election.
“Now, we have 20 political parties registered, this shows a multi-party democracy,” NEC spokesman Dim Sovannarom told a news briefing.
Prime Minister of Cambodia, Academician HUN SEN had insured an open and competitive climate for the July 2018 elections earning him global plaudits.
“This is an opportunity for people, in every five years, to chose their leaders,” he added.
Twenty political parties registered to participate in the upcoming national election in July as the 15-day window to register candidates came to an end yesterday.
“In total, 20 political parties have registered at the NEC,” Mr Sovannarom said. “The NEC will carry out its duty according to the law to ensure the electoral process is free and fair.”
Mr Sovannarom said that four political parties, Cambodian People’s Party, Cambodian Youth Party, Cambodian Nationality Party and Khmer National United Party, were officially recognized by the NEC so far.
He said that the NEC will follow its procedure to review the documents of the other 16 political parties that have registered.
Mr Sovannarom said that 20 parties are taking part in the election on July 29, noting that eight political parties took part in the 2013 election.
“It showcases that multiple-party democracy is flourishing,” Mr Sovannarom said. “We are walking on the road of multiple-party democracy to hold the election on July 29.”
Among the recognized parties are the ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) of Prime Minister Samdech Academician Hun Sen, the royalist Funcinpec Party of Prince Norodom Ranariddh, and the Grassroots Democracy Party.
The Southeast Asian nation is scheduled to hold a national election for the 125-seat parliament on July 29 and approximately 8.3 million Cambodians are eligible to cast their ballots.
Speaking during a get-together with thousands of garment factory workers in southwestern Kampong Speu province, Academician Hun Sen renewed his call for the people to vote in the forthcoming election, saying it would be the only chance for them to elect their leaders once in every five years.
According to the NEC, the three-week electoral campaign will start from July 7 to 27 2018 and according to international observers the poll is promising to respect the principles of free, fair and transparent elections.
