TRADITIONAL AUTUMN DIPLOMAT`S EXCURSION TO DANUBE DELTA HOSTED BY PUFLENE RESORT

2019 had come with a novelty for diplomatic corps friends of The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation (IRICE) who got a double invitation to the DISCOVER ROMANIA PROGRAMME, first time with the summer 2019 trip centered  around VRANCEA country and PANCIU Domains and now with a second autumn invite for a trip to Danube Delta.

 

 The DISCOVER ROMANIA 2019 autumn excursion by The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation (IRICE) will once more put compass head towards Murighiol and Danube Delta between September 8 to September 11.

As it`s known  DISCOVER ROMANIA  is IRICE program destined to acquaint diplomats and international friends of Romania and of The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation (IRICE) with the country historical patrimony and leisure opportunities and destinations.

We hope that 2019 excursion will be a continuation of the successful declaration of 2017 as THE YEAR TO DISCOVER DANUBE DELTA.

The successful promotion campaign has managed to attract on Danube Delta a record of 120.000 visitors in 2017 compared to 71.000 last year stated Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, IRICE President.

In 2017 PUFLENE RESORT and Mihai Puflene were being honored with the prestigious title of DIPLOMATIC PARTNERS.

At the heart of this sensibilization campaign aimed at informing Romanian public with regards to the extraordinary tourism potential of the Danube Delta was Mr. Mihai Puflene the General Director of PUFLENE RESORT and an avid and ardent promoter of the Danube beauties and potential, bent of sharing them with the world.

Mr. MIHAI PUFLENE has been the heart and soul of a decades-long activity to foster tourism in Dobrogea (Dobruja), his actions started with the opening of REX HOTEL in Tulcea, expanded in building a colossal fleet of boats, flats and floating hotels destined to open up Danube for tourism and latest he opened up the first luxury top-notch resort in the region offering a friendly, carbon-free and nature protecting tourism packages across Danube Delta.

2018 – THE YEAR DEDICATED TO CELEBRATE SAINTS EPICTETUS AND ASTION

2018 will be a year dedicated to the celebration of the christian heritage of the Romanian people and will also mark the latinity, continuity and the two millennia of Christian life on Dobrogea (Dobruja) by placing at the fore of national and international attention the sacred heritage of Holy Martyrs Epictetus and Astion, has decided the academic council of The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation of Romania (IRICE).

Saints Martyrs Epictetus and Astion are proof even today, two millenniums  after their sacrifice on the long-term presence of Christian faith on the lands of Dobrogea  and are a birth certificate of Romanian Christianity and an irrefutable evidence of the exceptional duration of Christianity on our lands.

 

They are also a perfect example of sacrifice and life offered in the service of Our Savior Jesus Christ, has highlighted their significance Professor Dr. Anton Caragea – IRICE President.

We are marking this year 100 years since the unification of Romania (1918) and we must also mark down for posterity our creative potential and not overlook that we are the beneficiaries of two millennia of Christian legacy and over 2.100 years of statehood, this are fundamental dates of the historical evolution of Romanian people.

In this perspective, the  Saints Martyrs Epictetus and Astion role is a fundamental one as we are speaking of the oldest historically proven martyrs of the Church on the territory of Romania, they are not only teaching us on the uninterrupted continuity of civilization on the banks of Danube, but also are offering us a lesson on the love for Christ of our people, even more resounding as we are having here saints registered in the Catholic and Orthodox pantheon  so truly universal saints testifying for the Holy Church in his wholeness, saints that are making Romania proud of his legacy, concluded the historical presentation of the moment Professor Dr. Anton Caragea.

The focal point of the celebrations for 2018 THE YEAR OF SAINTS MARTYRS EPICTETUS AND ASTION will take place on July 8, 2018 on Murighiol (former roman city of Halmyris) in the cathedral of Saints Epictetus and Astion with a special mass taking place in the honor of the holy martyrs of Christian faith and of Romanian dedication: saints EPICTETUS and ASTION.

 

 

The excavated ruins of the Roman Cathedral built on VIII century on the spot where Saints Epictetus and Astion  suffered martyrdom for their faith in Jesus Christ in  290 after Chr.

 

 

ON SAINTS MARTYRS EPICTETUS AND ASTION.

It is the celebration of the oldest holy martyrs known as the territory of Dobrogea, Epictetus and Astion, the Orthodox Church commemorates on 8 July. Description of life and their passion was kept in the Acts of the Martyrs with large details.
They are known as saints Halmyris, the ancient Christian city located on the banks of the Danube that was called in ancient times “Almyra”. They suffered a martyr’s death during fierce persecution against the Christian church triggered by Emperor Diocletian (244-311) on 8 July 290. Surely they are the martyrs old Dobrogea certified undoubtedly springs hagyographic.

 

Life and their passion have given in the Acts of the Martyrs, but unfortunately, their holy martyr act we were kept only in a later century copy. XV, located in the Church of the Saviour in Utrecht and was published in 1615 by Jesuit scholar Herbert Rosweyde († 1629).

In 1921, Benedictine Dom Germain Morin discovered in remembrance of martyrology Ieronimian St. Epictetus and Astion on May 23 in “The S.S. Epicteto presbytero et Astion monachu martyribus Almiridensibus in Scythia “, confirming the veracity of statements he Acta Sanctorum, edited by N. Rosweyde, mentioned above.

 

Acta Sanctorum took passages from a study of its impact on the two saints and martyrs renowned researcher and historian Netzhammer Raymund (1862-1945), Catholic archbishop arrived in Bucharest and left posterity work Epiktet und Astion, diokletianische Martyrer I Danaudelta, Zug. 1937.

HISTORICAL LANDMARKS.

 

Saints Epictetus and Astion from Halmyris

Saint Epictetus, priest, and Saint Astion, (improperly said) monk, originals from Asia Minor, were martyrs for Christ in the 3rd century in Scytia Minor (the today Romanian region Dobruja-Dobrogea, situated between Danube and the Black Sea).

They were originally from Little Asia.

Information about their lives is known only from a copy of a 15th century manuscript kept in the archive of the Savior Church in Utrecht, published in 1615 by the Jesuit monk Herbert Rosweyde, the initiator of the hagiographic collections Acta Sanctorum, under the title “SS. Epicteto presbytero et Astion monacho, martirybus Almiridiensibus in Scythia “.

2017 DIPLOMATIC TRIP TO DOBROGEA HOSTED AT PUFLENE RESORT

The Annual Summer Trip for Diplomats, a yearly event for the diplomats that remarked themselves for promoting the bilateral cooperation in the framework of  The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation of Romania activities has taken place between 15 to 18 August 2017, in the lines of DISCOVER ROMANIA diplomatic program.

The main axis of the discovery trip was provided by the PUFLENE RESORT, the most celebrated, acclaimed and elegant hotel in the area of Dobrogea and Danube delta.

 

The cruise has started in the Islamic center of  Dobrogea, the city of Babadag and his famous landmark the SAR SALTUK BABA mosque and cultural complex.

 

 

This year diplomatic discovery trip was centered on cultural and historical legacy to be found in the magic land of Dobrogea.

The route of discovery has led the participants along a history charged path from Babadag, a center of Islamic learning in the XIII to XVIII centuries, to Halmyris citadel, a Greek-Roman fortification towards the Enisala fortress, a medieval art monument and center of trade and Italian architecture and Argumum a celtic and greek citadel that towered of the Black Sea region for centuries.

Christianity most revered burial sites in this part of the world: the basilica of saints Epictet and Astion was also included on the list.

The Danube Delta cruise was carved to unveil the secret trails of the old river, the starting point was at Murighiol port-Saint George channel – Uzlina Lake and Channel- Isac Lake – Letea submerged forest and return via Uzlina and Sulina waterways.

The DISCOVER ROMANIA program is aimed at giving an opportunity for diplomats posted in Romania to get acquainted with new areas of our country, to familiarize themselves with the rich customs and traditions of diverse regions of Romania and to also enjoy themselves in a few days of active relaxation.

Accordingly to the strict rules of the program, the invitation is a very sought after and distributed with parsimony , being invited only does diplomats who remark themselves during the year by cooperating closely with The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation.

This year our main destination and that of the ambassadors and their families, invited for the cruise, was Danube Delta, tell us Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, the President Director General of The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and we have many reasons for our decision to select Danube Delta as our destination.

We have previously organized a similar discovery trip during 2011 and more recently in 2016 and I was remembering, with pleasure, the enthusiasm that ambassadors put in the discovery of the area and we want also to place in our program new and new destinations of Danube Delta.

To add to this arguments was the recent July 2017 economic promotion tour of Dobrogea that our institution had organized and was crowned with an impressive success and echo in the economic environment and we wanted to build on this success and complete the image of Dobrogea not only as a center of economic activity but also as an instrumental part of cultural and historical legacy of today`s Romania announced IRICE President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea.

Diplomats also enjoyed the trips to Sulina arm of Danube and finally, to the Letea Forest, UNESCO natural preserve, unique in the world.

 

The centers of culture and history of Argamum and Halmyris (Murighiol) had proven the continuity and the resilience of Romanian`s in this region and elicited surprise to the diplomats which learned about Dobrogea history in the late antiquity.

The religious centers dedicated to Islamic scholars in Babadag and the world-famous basilica of Murighiol dedicated to the first martyrs of christian faith moved the diplomats and charged them with spirituality.

The four days journey of discovery and travel where crowned also by relaxation time.

 Ambassadors took full advantage of this time enjoying the PUFLENE RESORT many facilities like gym, wading pool and massage therapy and most of all, indulge in the culinary creation of the master chef of the complex.

The imperial recipes of old day`s are alive and well under the care of PUFLENE RESORT famous chefs.

For diplomats the stuffed pike was recreated. 

 

Mr. Mihai Puflene carved out a culinary discovery menu, including the fish broth, carp brine and the incredible stuffed pike.

DOBROGEA ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES: A MAGNET FOR FOREIGN INVESTORS!

Dobrogea has become the center of economic attractiveness for investors from Golf Cooperation Council (GCC).

During two days (19 -20 July 2017) a delegation of Arab investors has toured the region in search of agricultural and tourism opportunities under the supervision of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation.

DOBROGEA: THE MIRACLE LAND ON THE THRESHOLD OF BLACK SEA

The main items of the agenda were: ensuring a steady supply of wheat, cereals, and flour and sun flower and corn oil, developing a regional source of sheep`s meat and developing tourism opportunities for family packages in Danube Delta, Black Sea resorts and regional hotels.

The delegation was also received at SAR SALTUK BABA mosque in Babadag, a potential center for Islamic religious tourism.

 

The center of the attention of the investor’s tour was the city of Baia where the delegates were received by Mr. Adam Liuta, the leader of a powerful business and leisure complex in the area.

The Baia commercial group led by President Adam Liuta is comprised among many other investments by LTA MONDIAL SRL Society, a company that is producing, processed and commercializing a large area of agricultural products , certified ecologic for European markets including cereals (wheat, corn, soy, barley) oleaginous plants (sun flower, colza, flax) and colza and sun flower oil products.

 

Izabell oil factory has aroused interest with his high quality, ecological cooking oils, that are complying with European Union most strict tests for ecological oil production.

 

The tourism potential of the area was declared as interesting with Baia based Mondial Hotel, a hotel that is offering high-class lodging opportunities, coupled with leisure spa and wading pool and offering exceptional culinary experiences.

 

Mondial hotel can be the center of discovery tours around the area destined to highlight Dobrogea cultural potential.

SENATORUL AGRIGOROAEI IONEL PUNE IASI-UL PE HARTA INVESTITIILOR STRAINE

In perioada 12-15 septembrie 2013 la invitatia senatorului Ionel Agrigoroaei, Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea, Directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica ( IRICE) a vizitat judetul Iasi pentru a analiza potentialul economic, turistic si investitional al regiunii in vederea includerii Iasi-ului in cadrul programului de vizite diplomatice: Descopera Romania al IRICE.

Pasaportul Iasi-ului in lume este reprezentat de obiective precum M-rea Cetatuia. 

 

Senatorul Ionel Agrigoroaei a prezentat enormul potential agricol, industrial si oportunitatile de investitii ale capitalei Moldovei in nenumarate intalniri oficiale la Bucuresti, cu reprezentanti ai Corpului Diplomatic, realizand o impresionanta campanie de popularizare a judetului Iasi in mediul diplomatic.

Pentru a capitaliza acest flux de interes al investitorilor straini, senatorul Ionel  Agrigoroaei a solicitat directorului IRICE, Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea sa accepte sa organizeze o delegatie de ambasadori interesati de oportunitatile regionale si ce ar putea pune la punct un program de redresare economica a Iasi-ului.

In ultima perioada in cadrul programului de vizite diplomatice al IRICE au fost vizitate regiuni precum Bucovina, Maramures, Hunedoara-Hateg, Delta Dunarii etc. vizitele concretizandu-se ulterior prin investitii zonale reprezentative.

Interesat de dezvoltarea Iasi-ului, senatorul Ionel Agrigoroaei a solicitat includerea regiunii in acest program de vizite, benefic pentru notorietatea si atractivitatea economica.

In cadrul vizitei de analizare a oportunitatilor, Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea a vizitat monumente istorice si culturale reprezentative precum: M-rea Galata, M-rea Frumoasa, M-rea Dobrovat, M-rea Cetatuia, Palatul Unirii, Trei Ierarhi, Mitroplia etc.

Programul a inclus si vizite la obiective economice din judet precum si interviuri la principalele retele de televiziune din Iasi: TV Life si Digi TV Iasi etc.

In final, Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea a apreciat potentialul orasului si al regiunii ca un motor de dezvoltare zonala si a subliniat ca singura sansa a Iasi-ului o reprezinta eforturile unor personalitati precum senatorul Ionel Agrigoroaei, care se lupta pentru atragerea de capital strain si investitori si care doresc scoaterea regiunii din letargie. Iasi-ul reprezentat de dl.senator Ionel Agrigoroaei este o oportunitate ce nu poate fi ignorata de comunitatea diplomatica, a conchis Directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica.

O AFIRMARE A RELATIEI SPECIALE DINTRE ROMANIA SI EMIRATELE ARABE UNITE. SPECTACOLUL DUBAI: CAPITALA EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020.

In data de 4 aprilie 2013, in cadrul impresionant si  somptuos oferit de Palatul Parlamentului, a avut loc deschiderea oficiala a expozitiei de sprijin pentru candidatura orasului Dubai la EXPO 2020: DUBAI-CAPITALA EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE.

Ambasadorul Emiratelor Arabe Unite -Yacoub Yousif Al Hosani si Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor gusta cafeaua de bun  venit-Marhaba !

Ceremonia de deschidere a beneficiat de prezenta Presedintelui Camerei Deputatilor- dl. Valeriu Stefan Zgonea, a membrilor Consiliului European pentru Turism, a  membrilor Parlamentului si Guvernului  Romaniei , de prezenta Corpului Diplomatic acreditat la Bucuresti si a nenumarati diplomati, academicieni si oameni de cultura.

Profesor dr. Anton Caragea rosteste discursul de bun venit la Expozitia de sprijin pentru Dubai: CAPITALA EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020

In cuvantul sau de deschidere, prof.dr.Anton Caragea, Directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica,  a subliniat ca Expozitia DUBAI-CAPITALA EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020 este destinata a exprima sprijinul oficial al Parlamentului si Guvernului Romaniei pentru relatia strategica Romania-Emiratele Arabe Unite, o relatie fundamentala pentru ambele natiuni.

Dubai-ul trebuie sa fie gazda EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE din 2020, deoarece doar anul trecut peste 51 de milioane de pasageri au trecut prin tranzit in Dubai,iar mai mult de 10 milioane au ales orasul pentru o sedere indelungata. In plus Dubai-ul gazduieste mai mult de 200 de evenimente de rasunet international anual si este un oras primitor pentru mai mult de 200 de nationalitati.

Dubai-ul este orasul din zona Golfului Arabic ce cunoaste cea mai rapida crestere demografica si economica, este simbolul schimbarii geopolitice ce pune Asia in centrul dezvoltarii economice si politice mondiale si beneficiaza de un impresionant spatiu pentru EXPOZITIA MONDIALA din 2020 si reprezinta centrul natural pentru comertul intre Asia-Africa , Europa si America de Sud via Africa, pe ceea ce este cunoscut sub numele de Noul Drum al Matasii in secolul XXI.

Alegerea Dubai-ului este pentru Romania dar si intreaga lume, alegerea practica, de bun simt si de succes, a concluzionat prof.dr.Anton Caragea.

Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor, Valeriu Zgonea, indelung aplaudat pentru sprijinul oferit 

Luand cuvantul in deschidere dl. Valeriu Stefan Zgonea, Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor, a prezentat noi argumente in favoarea relatiei strategice Romania-Emiratele Arabe Unite: ″Emiratele Arabe Unite reprezinta poarta naturala de intrare a produselor, ideilor si calatorilor din Romania pe piata uriasa, bogata si in continua dezvoltare a Asiei, iar Romania, prin portul Constanta, este zona de intrare normala a bunurilor si investitorilor din Emirate pe piata europeana. Acestea creeaza fundalul unei relatii strategice si pe termen lung intre tarile noastre, a concluzionat, in aplauzele asistentei,  Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor.

Senatorul Ionel Agrigoroaiei: sprijinul pentru Dubai e ferm !

Senatorul Ionel Agrigoroaiei a prezentat un calduros salut si mesaj de sprijin considerand ca: ″ Decizia Romaniei de a sprijinii candidatura orasului Dubai pentru EXPO 2020 este doar un episod al acestei relatii de colaborare si prietenie.

Intre Romania si Emiratele Arabe Unite exista o lunga traditie, de peste 25 de ani de cooperare diplomatica si aplicarea deciziei, demna de mentionat de a isi sustine reciproc candidaturile si toate initiativele in plan international si in organismele internationale.

Ca atare decizia Romaniei de a sprijini candidatura orasului Dubai pentru EXPO 2020 a fost o decizie naturala, inscrisa in cadrul acordurilor reciproce si parte a lungii traditii de colaborare diplomatica intre cele doua tari….votul de sprijin pentru orasul Dubai ca organizator al EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE din 2020 vine in continuarea acestei decizii.

Ne aflam aici uniti in sprijinul pentru Emiratele Arabe Unite, partenerul nostru strategic in zona Golfului Arabic, putere si opozitie laolalta, sprijinind interesul national romanesc de cooperare cu Emiratele Arabe Unite.

In final doresc sa urez mult succes in misiunea de a apropia cele doua tari , Excelentei Sale-domnului Yacoub Yousif Al Hosani, Ambasador al Emiratelor Arabe Unite  in Romania şi să apreciez  aportul domnului prof. univ. dr. Anton Caragea, directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica la realizarea acestei deosebite manifestari si expozitii″.

In discursul fostului presedinte al Romaniei-Emil Constantinescu se precizeaza: ″cu aceste argumente nu este o surpriza pentru nimeni ca Dubai-ul a castigat sustinerea Romaniei, o alegere naturala deoarece  Romania este interesata de toate cele trei mari obiective pe care Expozitia Dubai si le-a propus : dezvoltarea durabila, economisirea energiei si a apelor, sprijinirea mobilitatii oamenilor, bunurilor si ideilor in ceea ce Dubai-ul numeste : Noul Drum al Matasii al secolului XXI si descoperirea de noi oportunitati economice si noi modele de dezvoltare.

Ca atare, nu pot decat sa felicit Guvernul si Parlamentul Romaniei pentru  decizia de a sprijinii Dubai-ul in atingerea ambitioaselor sale obiective pentru Expozitia Mondiala, sa felicit Ambasada Emiratelor Arabe Unite pentru succesul obtinut, si sa va invit sa vedeti aceasta frumoasa Expozitie gazduita de Parlament. Expozitie dedicata devenirii prin istorie a Dubai-ului pana la momentul in care va fi Capitala Expozitiei Mondiale 2020″.

Profesor dr. Mircea Constantinescu: Sprijinul european pentru Dubai e sigur !

Discursul prof.dr.Mircea Constantiescu, Director in cadrul Consiliului European pentru Turism a precizat ca: institutia noastra isi exprima sprijinul neconditionat pentru candidatura orasului Dubai la organizarea EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020.

Toate declaratiile politice ce au urmat au exprimat sprijinul hotarat in dezvoltarea relatiei bilaterale Romania-Emiratele Arabe Unite si in sprijinirea tuturor initiativelor bilaterale de dezvoltare a dialogului.

Totodata vorbitorii au reamintit ca anul trecut, dupa anuntul sprijinirii orasului Astana de catre Romania, drept organizator al EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2017,  Astana- capitala Kazahstanului a castigat competitia finala, toti vorbitorii exprimandu-si speranta ca si Dubai-ul va castiga dreptul de a organiza EXPOZITIA MONDIALA 2020.

Excelenta Sa Yacob Yousif Al Hosani- Ambasadorul Emiratelor Arabe Unite isi exprima sentimentele de recunostinta pentru sprijinul romanesc fata de Dubai.

In final Excelenta Sa Dl. Yacoub Yousif Al Hosani –Ambasadorul Emiratelor Arabe Unite in Romania si-a exprimat, autentica emotie, la vederea solidaritatii si respectului cu care Emiratele Arabe Unite sunt privite in Romania de cele mai inalte autoritati, dar si de intreaga populatie.

Aceasta solidaritate si dorinta de a construi o relatie de succes sunt garantia ca intre cele doua tari dialogul se va dezvolta si relatia politica, perfecta de astazi si investitiile de pana acum ale Emiratelor Arabe Unite in Romania nu sunt decat un inceput.

Presedintele Centrului de Comert din Dubai-Mahmood Al Bastaki, a prezentat eforturile extraordinare depuse de Dubai pentru Expozitia Mondiala.

Presedintele Centrului de Comert din Dubai-Mahmood Al Bastaki, a prezentat un film despre eforturile extraordinare depuse de Dubai pentru a gazdui expozitia internationala in cele mai bune conditii, apreciind ca EXPO 2020 la Dubai va fi un succes deosebit.

La finalul manifestarii, oaspetii au putut sa admire nestingheriti 36 de tablouri uriase, reprezentand minunile arhitectonice ale Dubai-ului, au putut admira traditii si obiceiuri din Emirate  si sau putut delecta cu un urias tort botezat DUBAI in onoarea gazdei EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020.

Expozitia a fost transmisa de 6 posturi de televiziune ( B1TV, Realitatea Tv, TVR 1, National TV, N24 Plus si Travel Mix ) si oglindita in zeci de articole de presa, marturie suplimentara a prestigiului extraordinar de care Emiratele Arabe Unite se bucura in societatea romaneasca.

Profesor dr. Anton Caragea primeste un simbol al Emiratelor Arabe Unite din partea E.S. Yacoub Yousif Al Hosani-Ambasadorul UAE.

Spectacolul DUBAI-CAPITALA EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020 a fost receptat ca un semn al dorintei Romaniei de a reface o traditionala legatura cu lumea araba si a fost apreciata extrem  de elogios de catre intreg corpul diplomatic arab pezent la eveniment.

Deschiderea spectacolului DUBAI-CAPITALA EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE 2020 a fost transformata intr-un moment istoric in relatia bilaterala, un moment perfect pentru impulsionarea relatiei bilaterale si pentru a asigura Romaniei un loc alaturi de castigatorul EXPOZITIEI MONDIALE din 2020 : Dubai-ul.

COOPERAREA INTER-PARLAMENTARA DINTRE ROMANIA SI KAZAHSTAN – UN EXEMPLU DE SUCCES

In data de 20 februarie 2013, in organizarea  prof.dr.Anton Caragea, Directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica, a avut loc intalnirea intre Insarcinatul cu Afaceri al Kazahstanului in Romania-Talgat Kaliyev si Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor Dl.Valeriu Zgonea.

Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor, Valeriu Zgonea si-a exprimat sustinerea pentru dezvoltarea continua a relatiilor intre Romania si Kazahstan si si-a exprimat disponibilitatea pentru largirea cooperarii la nivel parlamentar si a aratat ca in spiritul parteneriatului strategic dintre cele doua tari, primul ambasador cu care incepe seria intalnirilor diplomatice este ambasadorul Kazahstanului.

Excelenta sa, Talgat Kaliyev, a prezentat stadiul relatiei bilaterale, excelentele relatii politice si parteneriatul economic dintre cele doua tari si a prezentat calendarul schimburilor diplomatice si al vizitelor planificate pentru acest an.

Totodata au fost discutate elemente ale vizitei pe care Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor Dl.Valeriu Zgonea o va efectua in Kazahstan, in luna mai 2013, vizita ce va cimenta relatiile bilaterale la nivel parlamentar.

Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor, Valeriu Zgonea, a observat ca Romania trebuie sa depuna si va depune in continuare toate eforturile necesare pentru dezvoltarea relatiei strategice Romania –Kazahstan  si pentru dezvoltarea cooperarii economice intre cele doua tari, in cadrul Consiliului de Afaceri Romania-Kazahstan si a discutat apoi proiecte concrete de dezvoltare a relatiei bilaterale in perioada urmatoare.

Insarcinatul cu Afaceri al Kazahstanului in Romania-Talgat Kaliyev, a fost felicitat pentru numirea ca Presedinte al Grupului Parlamentar Romania-Kazahstan a Vice Primului Ministru al Guvernului Romaniei- General Gabriel Oprea, un fapt de importanta istorica, a apreciat Presedintele Camerei Deputatilor Dl. Valeriu Zgonea.

Romania va fi intotdeauna credincioasa parteneriatului strategic cu Kazahstanul, cel mai important partener diplomatic al tarii noastre, iar anul 2013 este un an important in dezvoltarea acestei relatii, a concluzionat la sfarsitul intalnirii  prof.dr.Anton Caragea, Directorul Institutului de Relatii Internationale si Cooperare Economica.
