To add pomp and international recognition to the event, for the benefit of Romanian wine, on 21 march 2015, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea-President General Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation will lead a delegation of ambassadors and parliamentarians to open the exhibition area and to visit COTNARI House of Wine, the creator of the BEST WINE OF ROMANIA IN 2015.
