THE VISIT OF ROMANIAN DELEGATION TO KAZAKHSTAN. A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP RECONFIRMED.

A Romanian delegation, headed by Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation   was invited for an official working visit to Republic of Kazakhstan between 19-25 November 2012.

The high level Romanian delegation has being invited to visit Astana-capital of the Kazakhstan and Aktau city –main center of the Kazakhstan on the sea tourism program.

The main objective of the visit was to convey the message of friendship and the desire of the Romanian side to strengthen the bilateral cooperation with Kazakhstan in the areas of economy, culture and mass media.

The Kazakhstan side had expressed his interest in the further development of the bilateral relations with Romania and the desire to fulfill the basic principles of the strategic relations forged between Romania and Kazakhstan.

The program of the visit was dense and extremely significant in the desire of the two sides to commit the necessary resources in building an economic correspondent of the existing excellent political relations.

The Romanian delegation headed by Professor Dr. Anton Caragea held meetings with President of Kazakhstan Trade and Industrial Chamber Mr. Tabyr Esembekov.

During this meeting was presented the opening of Romanian-Kazakhstan Business Council and the parties decided on the opening of the Kazakhstan counterpart to Romanian based Business Council, also where tabled the main topics of the bilateral economic agenda and decided on the visit to Romania of a delegation of Kazakhstan business leaders in February 2013 and the was decided upon holding the  Romanian –Kazakhstan Business Forum during the visit of H.E. President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Romania.

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea held discussion with Mr. K. Burkhanov, Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan who welcomed the visit of the Romanian delegation as a landmark visit in the development of the bilateral relations.

Mr. K. Burkhanov expressed also his appreciation for the Romanian parliament role in the development of political relations between Romania and Kazakhstan.

The meeting also underlined the significance of extending economic relations between the two countries and established a calendar of the visits in the next period.

Romanian delegation makes an on the spot visit to Talgo factory-Astana

The Romanian delegation also held meetings at the Talgo Factory, destined to be the first factory of locomotives in Central Asia and open discussion at the Ministry of New Technologies and Trade and at National Investment Company of Kazakhstan.

In the cultural part of the program, carved by Kazakhstan authorities, for the Romanian delegation in the city of Aktau, professor dr. Anton Caragea visited State University of Aktau and the famous historical and religious site of Shakpak Ata.

During his visit to State University of Aktau, professor dr. Anton Caragea and Romanian side held talks with romanian professor`s working there on common educational programs and meet the Rector of the University-Dr. Abzhapparov Abdumutalip.

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea appreciated the Romanian role in establishing joint educational program at Aktau University and expresses his appraisal that Romanian side had constructed, with Kazakhstan support, a perfect model of educational institution.

Rector of Aktau University, Dr. Abzhapparov Abdumutalip asked for Romanian support in having more professors for finance, economy, engineering and other areas, stating that romanian professors are among the best in the world.

Than Romanian delegation visited museums and cultural and touristic objectives in Aktau area  and Mangyshlak Peninsula, the main being the sacred place of Shakpak Ata, a special historical and religious significance sanctuary for people of Kazakhstan .

Professor Dr. A. Caragea delegation visit to Kazakhstan proved to be instrumental in the development of the bilateral relation between the two states and extremely efficient in fostering the strategic relations existing between the two countries.

ROMANIAN DELEGATION VISIT IN R.A. SYRIA/ VIZITA DELEGATIEI ROMANE IN SIRIA

VIZITA DELEGATIEI ROMANIEI IN SIRIA

                                                                                                    

In perioada 22- 28 mai 2009 o delegatie de jurnalisti si oameni politici romani condusa de Profesor Dr. Anton Caragea  a efectuat o vizita de prietenie in Republica Araba Siriana. 

Delegatia romana a avut intalniri  cu Dr. Mohsen Bilal, Ministrul Informatiilor al R.A. Siria, Dr. Mohammed Al Hussein, Ministrul Finantelor ,dl. Rateb Al Salah, presedintele Bursei din Damasc, Dr. Faissal Muqdad, Vice-ministrul Afacerilor Externe, Dl. Suleiman Qadah, vice-presedintele Frontului National Progresist si cu  Dl. Saadala Agaa, Ministrul Turismului al R.A. Siria.                                        

 In aceste intalniri s-au abordat o mare varietate de subiecte de la relatiile economice romano-siriene, la vizita Ministrului Roman al Afacerilor Externe in Siria pana la procesul de pace din Orientul Mijlociu si necesitatea restabilirii suveranitatii nationale siriene asupra inaltimilor Golan .

Printre cele mai importante teme de discutie putem enumera: imbunatatirea legaturilor aeriene intre Siria si Romania, deschiderea unui birou de turism sirian la Bucuresti, masuri pentru cresterea numarului de turisti romani in Siria, acordarea viziei in mod gratuit pentru turistii romani , colaborarea bursiera intre Romania si Siria, colaborarea in domeniul media etc.  Totodata delegatia romana a vizitat orasul eliberat Quneitra din Golan, teritoriul recunoscut international ca apartinand Siriei si principalele obiective turistice din Siria: Bosra, Alep, Latakia, Homs, Hama, Ugarit etc.

 Vizita delegatiei romane a marcat noua apropiere intre Romania si Siria dupa vizita presedintelui Romaniei  in Siria si a fost apreciata ca un succes atat de partea romana cat si de cea siriana si un semn pentru  noile relatii intre cele doua tari.

ROMANIAN DELEGATION VISIT IN R.A. SYRIA

 

Between 22 and 28 of May 2009 a Romanian political and media delegation chaired by Professor Anton Caragea has being invited for a visit in Arab Republic of Syria. The program of Romanian delegation has included meetings with Dr.Mohsen Bilal, Minister of Information of Syria, Dr. Mohammed Al Hussein, Minister of Finance, Mr. Rateb Al Salah, Chairmen of Damascus Stock Exchange, Dr. Faissal Mqdad, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Suleiman Qadah, vice-president of National Progressive Front and Mr. Saadala Agaa, Minister of Tourism of Syria.

The main issues of the discussion varied from Romanian-Syrian economic relation, Romanian minister of Foreign affairs visit to Damascus to peace process in the Middle East and Syrian national sovereignty on Golan Heights.

Among the most important topics and results are : opening a Syrian tourism Office in Romania, measures for increasing the Romanian tourist visits in Syria , stock exchange agreements between Romania and  Syria, increasing flight connection between Romania and Syria, media cooperation , exchange of media programs . The Romanian delegation program included visits to Hero City Quneitra in Golan, international recognized Syrian territory and to many touristic objectives: Bosra, Aleppo, Latakia, Homs, Hama, Ugarit etc.

      The visit of Romanian delegation to Syria had marked a new step in getting closer Romania and Syria after the Romanian President visit in Syria and has being appreciated by Romanian and Syrian side as a sign of new relations between the two countries.
