PRESIDENT PROFESSOR DR. ANTON CARAGEA MET PRIME MINISTER OF DJIBOUTI ABDOULKADER KAMIL MOHAMED

President of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea held an official meeting with Prime Minister of Djibouti Mr. Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed at the Prime Minister Office in Djibouti City.

 

 

The delegates headed by President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea met Prime Minister of Djibouti Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed and his government.

 

The dialogue between the two leaders was concentrated on the achievements that succeeded in placing of Djibouti as WORLD CAPITAL OF CULTURE AND TOURISM and ways to foster the image of the country, to promote cultural and economic exchanges and to boost the institutional cooperation between Djibouti and global tourism and cultural institutions.

 

During the discussions President Dr. Anton Caragea tabled the agreements established during his visit such as: the support for candidature of H.E. President Ismail Omar Guelleh as GLOBAL AMBASSADOR FOR TOURISM AND SDG`s, the parliamentary cooperation for sustainable development goals, tourism and cultural cooperation framework established with the Ministries of Culture and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

Concluding the meeting and in carrying out the president Ismail Omar Guelleh instructions, H.E. Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed, Prime Minister of Djibouti had officially conferred upon President Dr. Anton Caragea the NATIONAL ORDER OF 27 JUNE on the highest rank.

 

 

The recognition comes in fulfillment of lifetime achievements of President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea in developing an XXI century diplomacy, in promoting democracy and freedom and in the defense of peace on global arena has stated Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed Prime Minister of Djibouti.

 

The decoration ceremony has taken place in the presence of the governor of Djibouti, members of parliament and presidency and was live broadcasted.

The high level dialogue was attended by the Minister of Culture, Moumin Hassan Barreh, the Minister Delegate for Trade and Tourism, Hassan Houmed Ibrahim, the Secretary General of the Presidency, Mohamed Abdillahi Waïs, the Chief of Cabinet of the Presidency, Mohamed Abdoulkader Ibrahim, the Director General of the National Tourist Office, Osman Abdi Mohamed, and high level delegates of the Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation.

ROMANIA CELEBRATES WORLD TOURISM DAY 2017

Celebrated worldwide since 1980, World Tourism Day is commemorated usually at the end of September each year and hosted in the capital of the country crowned as WORLD BEST TOURIST DESTINATION OF THE YEAR.

 

This year, the Official Celebrations are held in Phnom Penh , the capital city of Kingdom of Cambodia, winner of World Best Tourism Destination designation and in Bucharest on October 4, 2017 with the support of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation of Romania. 

 

 

The main role of the World Tourism Day is to highlight the global significance of tourism as a tool for global development and cultural enlightenment.

Tourism is the greatest educator in the world, stated on the topic the Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation President Dr. Anton Caragea.

This is one of the goals of the World Tourism Day celebrations that are being conducted throughout the world.

The Official Celebrations taking place in Bucharest are garnering world tourism leaders, industry entrepreneurs and researchers, Global Ambassadors for Tourism and Sustainable Development Goals  among other key actors in the sector.

The event was opened by the President of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, H.E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, who emphasized the cultural and heritage booster and promoter role of Tourism and the links of the sector with the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals as well as the carry torch role of the Global Ambassadors for Tourism and Sustainable Development Goals in the global economic diversification and socially oriented growth.

On this occasion H.E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea – IRICE President announced that: Global Ambassadors for Tourism and Sustainable Development Goals project will continue unabated until 2030, the year marked by United Nations for the completion of the 17 Goals at world level.

On this occasion was announced that 2018 World Tourism Day theme will be: TOURISM AS A CULTURAL PROTECTOR, emphasizing tourism  role in promoting awareness for cultural and heritage patrimony , in boosting the resources allocated for their maintenance and preservation and in educating future generations on their role as guardian`s and custodians of these world treasures.

 

On the fore of WORLD TOURISM DAY Academician Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia-Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo and President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea.

 

Next year date for WORLD TOURISM DAY celebration was decided to be September 27 2018 and the official theme will be TOURISM AND CULTURAL PROTECTION!

ROMANIAN DELEGATION VISIT TO VENEZUELA: A DIALOGUE OF SOLIDARITY AND FRIENDSHIP

The relations between Romania and Venezuela are registering a brisk growth in the last span of time with the height registered on the occasion of the official visit of the Romanian delegation to Caracas.

 

The visit took place between 15 to 22 September 2017 and was covering a historical gap in the bilateral relations with the latest official visit taken place in 1994.

Solidarity and friendship in a handshake: H.E. Nicolas Maduro, President of Venezuela and the architect of Bolivarian diplomacy and H.E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea , President of  Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation.

 

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, IRICE President remarked: Romania and Venezuela are having a shared history of fighting for democracy and freedom, they have the same stances in rejecting interference in internal affairs, promoting respect for national sovereignty and independence as pillars of international affairs and rejecting any form of threat of war and sanctions as contrary to international law.

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea hosted in  MIRAFORES TV studios and  National Venezuelan Television.

 

During the week-long visit, the high-level Romanian delegates hold extensive talks with various officials like: Juan Bautista Arias Palacio – Minister for Basic and Strategic Industries and Socialist Development, Minister for Communications and Information and Minister of Tourism.

Agreements regarding economic cooperation, bilateral information exchange and cooperation for SDG completion in the framework of Parliamentary Assembly for Sustainable Development Goals where tabled.

 

Cooperation in the field of tourism promotion and Romanian support for Caracas election as World Capital of Culture and Tourism was also agreed.

The highlights of the visit, where the two memorable encounters with President Nicolas Maduro.

On September 19, 2017, Professor  Dr. Anton Caragea took the distinct honor to sign the HONORARY BOOK at MIRAFLORES Presidential Palace.

 

On 17 September 2017, the delegates part take in the President TV Show: Sundays with Maduro! together with Evo Morales, Bolivian President.

During the discussions, the tourism and cultural connections between the two countries were tabled and Professor Dr. Anton Caragea has given as gifts to the two President’s his latest book on Interference of Civilizations in European Union Project.

 

On 19 September 2017, in the conclusion of The International March of Solidarity with Venezuela, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea was invited for a photo session with President Nicolas Maduro, signed the Honorary Book at Miraflores Palace and has given an interview to the Miraflores TV Channel, expressing his support for Bolivarian Revolution role in forging a free and democratic Latin America.

 

 

The cultural program of the visit included discovery trips to Natural Sanctuary of Waraira Repano, a tour of Caracas landmarks like The Cathedral of Caracas, Saint Francis, Simon Bolivar birthplace etc.

A special day was dedicated to offering respect for Venezuelan history major figures, with a visit to National Pantheon and a stop to Simon Bolivar funeral monument and Francisco Miranda tomb.

An emotionally charged moment was the visit to Mountain Quarter (Quartel de la Montana) the place where the architect of the Bolivarian Revolution and the apostle of the poor`s: Commander Hugo Chavez is laid for eternal rest surrounded by world gratitude and love.

The delegates witnessed the changing of the guard and where hart struck by the powerful words of remembering for the fallen hero: Chavez lives!

The Romanian delegation visit to Venezuela has given a new impetus to the relations between nations and their attendance to the world solidarity movement with Venezuela has being registered with gratitude by the people of the Caribbean nation, proudly building a revolution of freedom and dignity.

KAZAKH EPIC MOVIE-“THE WAY OF THE LEADER” WELCOMED WITH ENTHUSIASM AT BUCHAREST FILM FESTIVAL

National Library of Romania hosted, between 27 to 30 November 2015, the largest festival of Kazakh film in Europe.

The event was hosted in the city of Bucharest and included nine  pictures by famous Kazakhstan film directors, representative for country high skilled cinema.

The movies brought to Bucharest are “The Way of the Leader a series of four movies about the life and coming to age and political prowess of President of Kazakhstan: Nursultan Nazarbayev. Other movies are the mega production: “Nomad”, “Zheruyik” (Land of Promise), “Zhauzhurek Myn Bala” (The Host of Myn Bala), “Kyz Zhibek” and “Birzhan Sal”.

The opening bell of the Kazakh Movie Festival in Europe has ranged on 27 November 2015.

Opening the event, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Romania, Daulet Batrashev, noted that such an event enables Romanian people to open to the  uniqueness and charm of Kazakh culture and get familiarized themselves with our rich culture and history.

IRICE President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea and Romanian Parliament Vice-President-Florin Iordache are giving an enthuse ovation to the full hearted speech of Kazakhstan Ambassador-Daulet Batrashev.

Ambassador Daulet Batrashev expressed confidence that the festival would greatly contribute to the development of cultural collaboration and will promote the rapprochement of the Kazakh and Romanian nations.

Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, President of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, said that the organization of the Festival it is befitting in the context of celebration of the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate and the Day of the First President of Kazakhstan.

It is by no way a chance that on 1st December, Romania is celebrating here unity day and Kazakhstan is celebrating the Day of the First President, Nursultan Nazarbayev the man who united all the people of Kazakhstan behind his furled banner.

The event was also attended by Zhanna Kuanysheva, a famous actress from Kazakhstan and the young main actor from the Host of Myn Bala-Asylkhan Tolepov.

According Mrs. Zhanna Kuanysheva, the Kazakh Film Studio is currently shooting a number of interesting projects.

Some of them will be showcased during well-known international cinematography contests.

Vice-President of the Romanian Parliament, Mr. Florin Iordache, mentioned that  Kazakh Film Festival is a perfect gift from Kazakhstan, on the occasion of the National Day of Romania – December 1.
