FURTHER CONGRATULATIONS FOR OMER AHMED KARIM BERZINJI-BEST AMBASSADOR ACCREDITED TO ROMANIA FOR 2013

 On 7th of April 2014 the working meeting between H.E.Professor Dr. Anton, Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic and Iraq Ambassador- Omer Ahmed Karim Berzinji-BEST AMBASSADOR TO ROMANIA IN 2013 had taken place.

 Iraq-Romania Dialogue

H.E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea had started the dialogue by congratulating full heartedly Ambassador Omer Ahmed Karim Berzinji for being elected as BEST AMBASSADOR FOR 2013 and emphasized, in his speech, the Romanian side openness towards friendly dialogue, consistent and productive towards Iraq, expressing his interest in expanding bilateral economic exchanges and fostering political and cultural dialogue between the two countries.

Romania is seeking to re-ignite the long economic and political cooperation tradition towards Iraq and is considering Iraq as a privileged partner in this region, stated Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea.

Answering to comments made by Professor dr. Anton Caragea, H.E. Ambassador  Omer Ahmed Karim Berzinji, underlined that Republic of Iraq is also interested in political, cultural and economic cooperation with Romania and the encouragement received are extremely important in launching the bilateral dialogue.

The meeting had continued with a large area of issues raised in open dialogue between Professor Dr. Anton Caragea and Ambassador Omer Ahmed Karim Berzinji.

The long and open dialogue, full of substance, was considered as extremely useful for the parties and the desire to continue this dialogue in the next period was underlined by the parties.

ROMANIA-UNITED ARAB EMIRATES FRIENDLY DIALOGUE

On 10-th of December 2012 the working meeting between Professor dr. Anton, Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic and UAE Ambassador- Yacoub Yousif Al Hosani had taken place.

Professor dr. Anton Caragea had emphasized, in his speech, the Romanian side openness towards friendly dialogue, consistent and productive towards United Arab Emirates , expressing his interest in expanding bilateral economic exchanges and fostering political and cultural dialogue between the two countries.

Romania is seeking to re-ignite the long economic and political cooperation tradition towards UAE and is considering United Arab Emirates as a privileged partner in this world region, stated prof.Anton Caragea.

The parties had agreed in opening a Parliamentary Friendship Group Romania-UAE in Romanian Parliament and a similar group in United Arab Emirates Parliament, also the opening a Romanian Support Group for Dubai candidature for EXPO 2020 was discussed to duplicate the success story of Astana-capital of Kazakhstan and host of EXPO 2017 .

The long and open dialogue, full of substance, was considered as extremely useful for the parties and the desire to continue this dialogue in the next period was underlined by the parties.

POSITIVE ROMANIAN-VIETNAM DIALOGUE

On 20-th of July 2012 the working meeting between a delegation of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, lead by professor dr. Anton Caragea and a delegation from Socialist Republic of Vietnam, lead by Ambassador Vuong Thua Phong, Vice-Chairman of Commission for External Relations of Communist Party of Vietnam had taken place.

Opening the working meeting, Professor dr. Anton Caragea had extended his gratitude towards the Embassy of Socialist Republic of Vietnam for hosting and organizing   this working dialogue and bid official welcome into our country to Vietnamese delegation.

Professor dr. Anton Caragea had emphasized, in his speech, the Romanian side openness towards friendly dialogue, consistent and productive towards Vietnam, expressing his interest in expanding bilateral economic exchanges and fostering political and cultural dialogue between the two countries.

 The visit of a Vietnamese delegation   at the highest level is for us a source of excitement, furthermore as Romania is seeking to re-ignite the long economic and political cooperation tradition towards Vietnam and is considering Vietnam as a privileged partner in this world region, stated prof.Anton Caragea .

The meeting had continued with a large area of issues raised in open dialogue between Professor Dr. Anton Caragea and Ambassador Vuong Thua Phong, Vice-Chairman of Commission for External Relations.

The issues varied from main developments in Europe and South-East Asia and the main humanity problems up to date.

The long and open dialogue, full of substance, was considered as extremely useful for the parties and the desire to continue this dialogue in the next period was underlined by the parties.
