SENATOR VASILICA STELIANA MIRON-VICE-PRESIDENT OF ROMANIA-LAOS GROUP ATTENDS THE BUSINESS COUNCIL OPENING

Today, when we celebrate a moment of maturity in Romania-Laos relations, we can discuss about the events which have made this relation a successful structure for the Romanian diplomacy.

Senator Miron

The inauguration of Romania-Laos Business Council, the first for the entire region, is a sign of the continuous and strong development of our economic bilateral relations.

The development of the diplomatic relation by the creation of the Honorary Council and unifying by the presence of Mr. Mihai Prundianu of the economic and diplomatic structures is a successful model I wish I saw it applied with all countries in the region and with other diplomatic partners.

Choosing Laos was a conscientious and successful choice.

Not only that Laos has the political maturity and the stability required for a sustained development, but it joins with political power with a fast and constantly developing economy, immune to the current world economic crisis.

The high-level visit organized by PhD. Professor Anton Caragea gave the depth and the necessary human dialogue required for this fast development. The following visit program includes an exchange of visits between the foreign affairs ministers and a new visit o a Romanian delegation in Laos, which will include members of the parliament, under the leadership of PhD. Professor Anton Caragea, which will bring continuity to this dialogue and continuously developing relation.

The parliamentary friendship group Romania-Laos will give its full support to the Romania-Laos Business Council and its President, Mr. Mihai Prundianu, a man of real value, which deserves our trust.

Mr. Prundianu, we congratulate you and we wish you success in the creation and management of Romania-Laos Business Council.
